Božidar Milić award consists of three awards (from all areas in which the work of Božidara Milića Ph.D. in Architecture, Professor was reflected):

The Assignment Rulebook for Božidar Milić Award establishes: award categories, the procedure for announcing a Public Call, and the conditions and procedure for evaluating and awarding the prize itself.

Award

IN THE CRITICAL-THEORETICAL TEXT CATEGORY

It is awarded to Authors for the Architecture and Urbanism texts published in the previous year, as well as in the current year, prior to the awarding date.

Award

IN THE REALIZED ARCHITECTURAL WORK CATEGORY

It is awarded to Authors for Realized Architectural and Urban work on the territory of Montenegro, realized in the previous two years prior to the award Ceremony.

IN THE STUDENT WORK CATEGORY

It is awarded for the work of students from Montenegro and Montenegrin Universities, created within the curriculum, by participating in Public Competitions or as a result of one’s own research.

Božidar Đ. Milić, Ph.D.

Architect, urban planner, full professor at the Faculty of Civil Engineering (1989–2014) and the Faculty of Architecture of the University of Montenegro (2002–2014). One of the founders of the Faculty of Architecture, University of Montenegro.

He is one of the most important Montenegrin architects and urban planners of the second half of the 20th century. In the period from 1961 to 1969, he worked at the Institute for Urbanism of the city of Titograd, as the head of the Institute and the main urban planner and designer of the city, under whose direct professional work and planning a part of architectural buildings and the General Urban Plan of Titograd 1964 were made. year, after whose adoption he was awarded the Titograd Liberation Award.
